Covergence was established in late 2003, to address the limitations that were preventing organizations from recognizing the strategic and economic benefits of real-time communications and collaboration.
The core of the development and leadership team has spent their careers working in the network industry at companies such as Shiva, Cascade, Aptis, Bay Networks, Nortel, Tiburon Networks and other leading organizations. While this team has had a hand in creating almost every type of network solution imaginable, they are experts in solving high-performance routing and access problems that are constraining deployments in both the Fortune 500 and with service providers.

CSM's policy enforcement and auditing assures the security, reliability and quality that businesses and subscribers demand, as VoIP and real-time collaboration supplant legacy communications in enterprise and service provider networks.
